Necessity...the mother of new recipes?
I'm sure that's how it goes, right? Have you ever accepted an invitation to dinner with a "Sure! What can I bring?" while your mind is thinking, "Um...do you HAVE anything to bring?" I have...dozens of times and it generally all works out fine.
